About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Virtual Assistant to support our growing business from anywhere in the world. Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and/or Microsoft Office
Familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information

About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, proactive Remote Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team. This is not your average assistant role. We need someone who anticipates needs before they arise, can manage competing priorities with ease, and communicates professionally across all channels. You will be a trusted partner behind the scenes, playing a key role in keeping everything on track.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive communications; managing emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and urgency
Own and manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating across time zones, and resolving conflicts
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries
Conduct in-depth research and prepare briefing documents, decks, or reports for meetings and decisions
Manage special projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met
Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal team members, clients, or external partners
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support the executive's bandwidth
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or senior administrative role
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly when priorities shift
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You find solutions, not problems
High proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite
Experience managing travel, complex scheduling, and executive-level communications
Unwavering attention to detail and follow-through
Reliable, discreet, and professional at all times

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Admin & Social Media Content Assistant based in Houston, TX to support the day-to-day business operations and social media presence of a small business client. This is a hybrid role, you will work in-person in Houston as well as remotely, with flexibility built in for evenings and weekends when content opportunities arise. Responsibilities
Administrative:
Provide on-site and remote administrative support including scheduling, communications, and email management
Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and appointments
Greet and assist clients or guests in-person as needed
Track tasks and deadlines and keep the team organized and on schedule
Handle miscellaneous office duties and errands as assigned
Social Media & Content:
Attend events, outings, and business activities to capture high-quality photos and videos for social media
Assist with planning and executing content shoots including setup, styling, and direction
Edit or assist with editing photos and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
Schedule and post content across platforms using scheduling tools
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement on behalf of the brand
Stay up to date on social media trends and suggest fresh, on-brand content ideas
Assist with graphic creation using tools like Canva or similar
What We're Looking For
Must be based in or near Houston, TX, this role requires in-person availability
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable and confident behind a camera (phone or DSLR)
A creative eye for visuals, aesthetics, and storytelling through content
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads
Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, or similar tools)
Flexible availability, evenings and weekends are required periodically for events and content capture
Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player
Administrative or office experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person

Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
Photography or videography background
Prior experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
Compensation
Hourly pay based on experience. Mileage or travel reimbursement for content-related outings. Schedule and rate discussed during the interview process.
